Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. Zechariah 12 : 2 - 6 (KJV)

These sobering words from scripture are a prophetic word for todays world leaders - The Bible is the best "Road Map" for the Middle East situation....with lots of directions, warnings and guidance.....Nations ignore them at their peril....especially Zechariah 12 : 2 - 6

In the last days all nations will be gathered against Judah and Jerusalem, but what circumstances will bring this about? What kind of resolutions would be passed to cause nations to be so united against Jerusalem?

We have seen how difficult it is for agreement at the United Nations.....but it would seem in the last days, nations will put disagreements aside in a common cause against Jerusalem.

Let us pray for our leaders that they would avoid changing Israels borders and creating a Palestinian State, but that they would listen to what the Lord is saying about Israel - the Apple of His eye.
